Project Background: Pointe noire seaport is the biggest seaport in Congo. Huge of container shipped from overseas , gathering at pointe noire seaport, congo. Between pointe noire and Brazzaville, Mr fernand have purchase china HOWO trucks before , but after using them for about 6 months, there is too many problem with HOWO tractor trucks.  so he have drop the idea to buy more HOWO tractor .

 He have many friends used beiben 2638 tractor trucks before, after checking the beiben trucks by himself, Mr fernand find us and decide to purchase around 10 units beiben 2638 towing trucks. These trucks will be used along with the 60 T bogie suspension container semitrailer.
